Summer Editing Services

Did you know that the Office of Graduate Studies offers technical editing services year round?  That means you can submit a document for editing during regular business hours (8am – 4:30pm) any day during the week that campus is open.  (We are closed, with campus, during specific holidays.)  And summer may be the best time to submit a paper for editing as demand is typically lower!

photoAll currently enrolled, on-campus graduate students may use these services at no cost to them.  Genres that may be submitted include thesis proposals, dissertation proposals, theses, dissertations, journal articles, and conference papers.  Papers submitted for editing must be formatted as follows:

  • Double-spaced
  • Times New Roman
  • One-inch margins
  • 12-point font
  • Numbered pages
  • No staples
  • One column
  • One sided

Simply print your document and submit to our office, currently located on the third floor of the library in 301-A.  Once received, you’ll be entered into the editing queue and notified when your paper is complete.
